From Print to Production

DFM Review
We check your print for machinability and flag tolerance or fixturing risks before quoting.
Programming
CAM toolpaths are built and simulated against your CAD model, fixture, and stock.
First Article
An FAI sample is CMM-inspected against the full print and reported back for sign-off.
Production Run
In-process SPC sampling holds every batch inside spec across the full order quantity.
